Delete your Presora account

In the app

Open Presora and sign in.
Go to the Profile tab.
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account, then confirm.

Without the app

Enter the email address of your Presora account. If an account uses it, we'll email a link to confirm the deletion. The link works once and expires after an hour.

No access to that email any more? Write to info@presora.health and we'll help you prove it's your account.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes, straight away:

your account, sign-in details and profile;
your prescriptions, medicines, reminders and dose history;
your health records and medical history;
caregivers you invited and alerts about your doses, and your access as anyone else's caregiver;
your notification devices, and any prescription-reading records linked to your account.

What may be kept, and for how long

Backups: deleted data can remain in our database provider's encrypted backups until they roll over, typically within a few weeks. It isn't used or restored.
Emails already sent (for example invitation or code emails) stay in the recipients' inboxes and in our email provider's sending logs for their retention period.
Medicine names that were added to our shared medicine list after review contain no personal information and stay in the list.
On your phone: the app's copy is removed when you delete your account in the app. If you delete from this website, uninstall the app or sign in with a different account to remove it.
